16th Beauty through Science Congress in Stockholm, Sweden

Regarding the Coronavirus (Covid-19)
At present, the BTS 2020 Congress is planned to take place as scheduled and preparations continue. We are continuously and carefully monitoring the coronavirus development via the responsible health authorities as well as the World Health Organisation and will follow their recommendations. The health and safety of our attendees is our utmost priority.

With the start in 2002, the next congress will be the 16th edition and we hope you will join us, June 3-6, in Stockholm. At the upcoming congress, you will have the opportunity to hear about the latest trends in aesthetic medicine and listen to international key opinion leaders and experts who will come and share their valuable knowledge and latest innovations.

The aim of the congress is to help delegates monitor and follow new ideas, which is fundamental for success in their business. Things constantly change and the BTS Congress is a golden opportunity to learn from the best in the field of aesthetic medicine. BTS gathers, on an annual basis, plastic surgeons, dermatologists and aesthetic physicians and allows them to share their most recent insights.

This year, we have three members of the scientific committee, Dr Per Hedén, Dr Shino Bay Aguilera and Dr Bradley Calobrace who have joined forces in order to put together an attractive scientific program.

The BTS 2020 Congress will start at midday, on Wednesday June 3, with half a day combined program, devoted to topics of great interest for both surgeons and non-surgical practitioners. The following two days have surgical and non-surgical programs in parallel as well as in-depth workshops late afternoon. The last day of the congress will be dedicated to live demonstrations which have been extremely appreciated in previous years. This will include several operations transmitted live from four operating rooms at Akademikliniken to the congress venue and in parallel, live demonstrations of fillers, lasers, energy-based devices and threads.

On the first day of the congress, after sessions, a welcome reception with drinks and light food will be held in the exhibition area. This event will provide an excellent opportunity to network and to meet new people in the start of a week and we really hope that you can join us. Our traditional congress dinner will be held on Thursday evening, June 4 and as usual with food and entertainment.
